Our Services
Corporate and commercial law
We advise our clients on the entire lifecycle of their company: from incorporation, to growth through financing, to the sale of the company (exit). We are available to management, shareholders and stakeholders as a competent partner and also enforce their claims in court.
In commercial law, we advise in particular on general contract law, licenses and franchising.
Foundation and trust law
We advise our clients on all legal issues relating to the structuring of and (legal) disputes with Liechtenstein foundations and trusts.
Banking and finance
We advise our clients on all legal issues relating to the often complex and constantly changing banking and finance regulations. Our expertise includes in particular transactions in all forms of financing, restructurings, cash pooling and regulatory law.
Data protection
We offer our clients comprehensive data protection advice, both on the GDPR and the Liechtenstein Date Protection Act. We are available as advisors and as (external) data protection officers. At the same time, we represent our clients before authorities and courts in data protection matters at national and international level.
Start-up Desk
We support our clients as a sparring partner from the very beginning. We provide support from the structuring of the initial idea, through the incorporation and seed financing, to a successful exit.
Legal Counsel as a Service (LCaaS)
Our Legal Counsel as a Service (LCaaS) provides you a flexible and tailor made solution for your specific needs, giving you space to focus on your core business.
LCaaS is an innovative approach to outsource your legal department, expand your existing team on a project or temporary basis, to cover absences of employees (such as maternity leave), or to gain an external perspective on your company. You will get the expertise of experienced lawyers acting as sparring partners to you, much like an in-house counsel. Our service provides legally sound solutions, as well at the same time being practical and economically sensible for your business.

Our Fees
We offer our clients a fair and transparent solution for attorney fees, tailored to their individual needs. The following options are available:
Hourly rate
With this model, the actual hours we worked are billed. If necessary, it is possible to set a fee cap.
Flat rate
For a precisely defined scope of work, a flat fee is agreed upon. The total fee therefore is predictable right from the beginning.
Lawyer's tariff
Our billing is based on the rules according to the lawyer’s tariff. Individual services or “main services” are billed at a standard rate (the “ancillary services”), whereby different rates are applied depending on the value in dispute or the basis of assessment.
